If you have any doubts about your ability to create something new, like a book, know that your doubting self is your smaller self.
It’s the self that wants to stay comfortable.
The part of you that tends toward inertia. Not growth.
Because it fears trying new things, it wonders, “What if I fail?” What if I look like a fool?
Doing new things and creating something from nothing involves stretching your comfort zone. And lots of courage.
But your higher or bigger self is not afraid to try new things. It’s not content with the same old same old.
Living life in an ever deflating balloon does not appeal to it.
Your higher self is expansive. It knows there’s something you are driven to share with the world.
Hiding under a rock is not an option.
