It’s my passion to bring clarity to your manuscripts, cleaning them up and filling gaps to succinctly convey your story. If you’re ready to outsource some or all of the writing process to a professional writer, or you need support to get it done the right way, look no further. I’ll help you deliver a powerful story, without the stress that typically comes with writing a book all by yourself.

Your Book Should Seamlessly Tell Your Story

Take it from a former journalist: The stories that stand out are the juicy ones.

And a juicy story grabs readers’ attention and keeps them riveted.

Getting your book written is one thing. But having it resonate with your readers is another thing entirely. Partnering with me allows you to accomplish both.

By the time our work is finished, you won’t just be an author, you’ll be ready to leave a lasting legacy.

My Promise to You

A Book that Inspires

Using my phased-approach, we’ll uncover the juice in your story and showcase your thought leadership, so readers will feel inspired to take action after they put your book down.

Three Decades of Writing Experience

I bring a wealth of expertise to my clients. Think of my experience as your experience. A recommendation or solution is always just an email away!

Options for Your Unique Journey

I’ll meet you where you are in the writing process, whether you’re just getting started, you’ve completed the first draft, or you’re somewhere in between.

Ready to bring your story to life?

01

Ghostwriting

With this done-for-you, yet collaborative option, you’ll be able to “download” your expertise, insight, and experience, and then pass the writing process off to a seasoned writer. I’ll propose a global frame and overall structure for your book, and we’ll create a chapter outline. From there, I’ll write the first draft of each chapter, in your voice, and you’ll review each chapter, as we begin the refinement process.

02

Editing

Already have a rough draft? With this service, a fresh set of eyes scrutinizes your manuscript. With structure, formatting, and flow in mind, I’ll review and revise your manuscript, chapter-by-chapter, including musical line editing to ensure each sentence is powerful and easy-to-follow. Lastly, an outside proofreader will do a final edit to prepare your book for publishing.

03

Book Coaching

If you want to take the wheel on your journey to becoming an author, I can provide feedback, accountability, support, and industry insight while you write. You’ll get the guidance and encouragement you need to successfully tell your story. With my prompts, you’ll be able to tap memories so they flow out like water from a spigot.

The Process

01

Book a Free Call

Once you schedule a time to chat with me, we’ll meet to discuss the project and see if we’re a good fit for each other. This process involves deep collaboration, so it’s important that we work well together.

02

Analysis & Recommendations

Based on our conversation, or if you submit a manuscript for review, I’ll provide you with an analysis and my recommendations on how to enhance your book’s market viability, structure, and flow.

03

Seal the Deal

If you’re ready to invest in yourself and your story, I’ll send you a contract and invoice based on the service option you select.

04

The Journey Begins

It’s time to breathe life into your book, without the hassle! Depending on the option you choose, I’ll get to know you, learn your voice, review any submitted materials, and begin either shaping, writing, or editing your manuscript.
